These are refrigerated and straight from the nest to the frig...
No washing so the bloom is still intact...
Quail eggs are $3 per dozen
and
Duck eggs are $6 per dozen
(most are jumbos not x-larges so they dont fit neatly in these cartoons)

Today I will be butchering quail...
They are $10 for a package of 4...
Average weight per quail, dressed out, is 92 grams or just over 3 oz each...
In searching for serving size I stummbled upon a site that has nutritional value per quail...
